Supporting Carers with Compassion

Counselling 4 Carers CIC provides essential emotional and psychological support to unpaid and professional carers, a group who often face high levels of stress, burnout and isolation. Caring for someone,  due to illness, disability, age, or mental health issues can be emotionally draining.

Counselling provides a safe, supportive, ad non judgmental space for carers to process their experiences with talking therapy.

Our goal is to promote overall well-being of carers by ensuring individuals have access to the support they need to maintain and improve their mental health.

By understanding and listening, we work with carers to empower and support them in their endeavor to find the best outcome to their situation.

What's Counselling?

What is counselling?
Counselling aims to support someone in
expressing their thoughts, feelings and emotions about
what is happening in their life.
By exploring all these things, counselling can
help you to understand more about how you
deal with your thoughts and feelings and the
situations you find yourself in.
It is not about telling you what you should be
doing. It is an opportunity for you to talk about and
reflect on what is happening in your life as a carer.
